Resonate App Partial Outage

Scheduled maintenance to the Resonate app resulted in a broken deployment that was live for several hours late Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. Critical features were impacted including creating episodes, uploading files, and leaving comments.

We apologize to all of our customers that were impacted by this outage and we will continue to improve our testing and maintenance processes so this won’t happen again and we can reach our goal of having zero downtime.
